Shipping policy

All products are available and ready to ship, unless otherwise noted. In the event that a product is ordered and is unavailable for some reason, we will contact you and discuss options, whether that is to wait until stock is available again, or a refund. Products ship within 1-5 business days from time of payment clearing. For custom orders, customized or personalized items, it may require 5-15 business days to ship.
