Basic Duty SS1

We are happy to introduce the Basic Duty version of the SS1. To make a long story short, this is the exact same knife as our regular satin SS1, but without the costly additional finishing steps that give it such a refined look. This allows us to sell it at a lower price point, and you don't have to worry about getting that first scratch! Feel free to watch the video for more info.

There is nothing functionally wrong with these blades, they just have some surface blemishes/minor scratches from thickness grinding that haven't been surface ground out. They still carry a full warranty and are totally functional. They are deeply discounted and are a great deal. No returns on these.

The closeup photos of the blade show the finish on these, the other pictures are for reference only. The markings no longer show "Prototype," but "Basic Duty" instead.

You get to choose your cord wrap color, and you can add GunKote finish for $25. To add GunKote, send us an email after purchase and we will confirm color and take care of the $25 charge. If we have one already in the color you want, there may be no charge.
