The P.A.C.K.Lite Scout is the building block of the P.A.C.K.Lite hollow handle survival knife series, and can be modified and upgraded in a number of ways within the modular system of options. The Scout is the same knife as all of the Custom Shop P.A.C.K.Lites, with the exception that it has a hard anodized finish on the guard/handle/buttcap, as opposed to the full Gunkote versions. The blades are all CPM154 stainless steel. The Scout version is designed to save you a little money by limiting options.

We are very excited to be able to offer the P.A.C.K.Lite (Pack And Camp Knife), by Wilson Custom Knives! This is an ultra lightweight hollow handle knife that is designed to be used, and is light enough, at 3.2 oz for the knife, to be carried daily.

You are getting a lot of functionality for the size and price. A 3" long and 3/32" thick blade that is ground to SLICE gives you cutting performance. An unobtrusive and well radiused guard gives you protection from the blade in full comfort, and being asymmetrical allows you to put your thumb comfortably on the spine, which is easily able to strike a firesteel.

For the same or less weight as many folding knives, you are getting a fixed blade knife with premium KG GunKote finish on the blade and anodized finish on the guard/handle/buttcap, emergency cordage, a storage space in the hollow handle, and a luminous compass in the buttcap. Also included is a black kydex sheath. It is compatible with a TekLok belt clip, or you can add on the handmade leather belt loop attachment as shown in the pictures.

The P.A.C.K.Lite is designed to cut and slice aggressively, to make cutting chores a pleasure. It is not designed to be a heavy splitting and batonning style knife, due to the edge geometry.
